TOTVS Oeste opens new office in Sao Jose do Rio Preto

TOTVS Oeste, a regional unit of the largest technology company in Brazil, opens its new headquarters in Sao Jose do Rio Preto. Located on Avenida Jose Munia, in an office of 1,700 square meters, the new structure was designed to strengthen and expand the company's performance in the region. With a modern design, the new building was designed to provide an even more strategic service, bringing together sales and service operations in an innovative and collaborative environment.

In a totally modern and innovative environment, the new office has two floors, has 140 workstations, event room, individual cabins for remote meetings and spaces for innovation and experimentation, providing freedom and comfort to think in an innovative way. The project, which prioritized environments of greater integration to create unique experiences, is signed by architect Rafaella Cisneiro.

A mezzanine in the format of '0’ surrounds the internal courtyard, where three tables-vases with jabuticaba trees bring a touch of nature to the environment. The project also houses gourmet space and rest areas, providing comfort and coexistence between employees and customers.

The new office reaffirms TOTVS commitment to local development, expanding companies' access to innovative technologies that boost productivity and efficiency.

The pandemic ended up postponing this change, but now, with our new structure on the ground floor of the Navarro Building business center, we have been able to offer a more modern and welcoming environment both for our employees, who work in the digitization of companies in various sectors, and for our customers. In addition, we will hold many regional events, promoting even more interaction and networking between” entrepreneurs, highlights Marco Aurelio Beltrame, executive director of TOTVS West.

Currently, TOTVS Oeste has approximately 2 thousand customers and operations in more than 800 cities, as well as international operations in Paraguay and Bolivia, offering software solutions to optimize management, boost sales and improve the financial support of companies. The new building will allow greater proximity to companies. “The inauguration of the new office reinforces our commitment to be increasingly close to our customers, offering technological solutions that drive the digital transformation of companies”.

To celebrate the inauguration of the new headquarters, TOTVS Oeste will hold two networking days in Rio Preto, bringing together big names in the market. On February 10, Dennis Herszkowicz, CEO/President of TOTVS, will give an exclusive lecture. On the 11th, it will be the turn of Laertio Cosentino, founder and chairman of the board of TOTVS group, share his vision on innovation and business. “It will be a unique opportunity to connect entrepreneurs in the region, foster knowledge sharing and present the innovations we are bringing to boost the growth of local businesses”, highlights Beltrame.

Closing this special program, on the 11th, the new headquarters will be the stage of an exclusive event of LIDE Northwest Paulista, which brings together 118 affiliated companies, 105 young entrepreneurs and 52 women in leadership positions. “It will be a valuable moment of exchange of experiences and strategic connections to further strengthen the business development of the”, says the executive director.
