Exclusive courses, access to sweepstakes and billing plates are some of the benefits offered by Yampi, e-commerce platform, in its Rewards Program. Launched in December 2023, the initiative stimulates the growth of customers, large and small retailers, and boosts online sales.
The program has 12 tracks that work as phases of a “game”. In track 1, the shopkeeper is considered “diamante bronze” and needs to perform actions on the administrative panel, such as making the initial settings of the store, create upsell or order bump and do check-in in the application. From the band 2, the advance depends on the accumulation of amounts of paid orders.
By June 2024, a total of 33% of all participants reached the first track of the program. Of these, 66% advanced to the second track and, subsequently, 86% to the third. After six months of its release, more than 12,908 rewards were redeemed, physical or digital.

Program promotes professional development
Educational content are the most redeemed awards by merchants in the Yampi Rewards Program.The “How to sell more with Yampi” video track has been redeemed 2,727 times. Already the “Checklist of Content Marketing” was accessed by 1,832 merchants and the “Video special to dominate the Canva” tool, by 1,369.
With the strengthening of digital commerce and the growth of 56% in the number of virtual stores in 2023, as indicated by a survey by Yampi, this type of material keeps entrepreneurs informed and engaged on relevant issues and brings advantages in a competitive scenario.
According to Walczak, Yampi follows the path of the merchant from the beginning and develops ways to help him achieve his goal of thriving in e-commerce.

Access to the Facebook Ads course draw at the British School of Creative Arts & Technology (EBAC) was also among the benefits offered, as was the analysis of the store by experts from Dominar Digital, an agency specialized in e-commerce, and the provision of a spreadsheet where the customer can check the main metrics of your company.
Shopkeepers receive billing plates in the last phases
According to the Incentive Research Foundation study, 90% of the best performing companies have a sales incentive program.With the Yampi Rewards Program, merchants are encouraged to take actions on the platform and, consequently, increase their revenue.
From the eighth track, billing plates are available to celebrate the success of the business, as well as retrospectives with the best moments of the store in the form of stories, to share on social networks.
There were more than 1,022 retrospectives rescued and 1,154 plates of five models: purple diamond, which celebrates 250 thousand in sales, pink diamond (500 thousand), violet diamond (one million), purple diamond (five million) and black diamond (ten million).
The physical rewards have a production deadline and are sent to the address of the shopkeeper, as well as the information for tracking the screening. To be fair, all stores participating in the program started with zero reais in revenue, even if they already had sales made. Only owners have access to the rewards.
