With the arrival of the second half, companies from various sectors are already beginning preparations for year-end actions with corporate gifts and welcome kits aimed at employees and partners.What was previously solved with institutional agendas and pens, today gives way to more sophisticated and functional products, such as executive backpacks, personalized onboard bags and high-end travel accessories. 

The trend reflects a new market positioning, in which useful and identity items strengthen the company's image and contribute to a more connected organizational culture. One of the companies that identified this movement was Sestini, a national reference in the segment of backpacks, bags and accessories, which has been expanding its operations in the B2B market with customized solutions for large companies.

To get an idea of the business opportunity, the survey Sector Brindeiro in Brazil 2024, conducted by LTP Personalization, reveals that the Brazilian market of corporate gifts moved about R$ 3.1 billion in gross revenue in the last year, equivalent to 2.5% of the global market. This has boosted, for example, the demand for executive backpacks and personalized maple bags, which combine sophistication, durability and visual fidelity”, says Pamela Mariano, head of brand at Sestini.

The corporate portfolio of the brand includes backpacks, briefcases, travel bags and protective covers, all developed with a focus on professional routine. Among the clients served are names such as TOTVS, Eurofarma, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Ovomaltine, Nest, Banco do Brasil and Canadian Solar, which bet on the brand's products as a tool for valuing teams and institutional reinforcement.

Customization by UV printing is one of Sestini's differentials in this segment, offering premium finish, high color fidelity and superior resistance, without risk of peeling or wear with use. In addition to this technology, the brand also works with other customization options, such as transfer, embossing on metalized plate, embroidery, laser engraving and silk screen.“Strengthening the value of the partner brand with aesthetic and functional quality”, complements Pamela.

Currently, the Southeast region leads the demand for Sestini's corporate products, a direct reflection of the concentration of companies and the local economic strength. Still, the brand maintains operation with national reach, offering advisory service and logistics structure adapted to different business profiles throughout the country.

From onboarding to business travel: functionality as brand value

With the resumption of face-to-face work and the increase in hiring, the brand also sees growth in interest in personalized onboarding kits, which add practicality and identity to the employee's journey from day one.“Functionality is the new luxury. The bags and backpacks we develop accompany the employee from the first meeting to the next business trip, with safety, comfort and design”, says Pamela.

For 2025, the brand projects the consolidation of the B2B front as a strategic pillar of growth, betting on customized solutions that transform the act of giving into brand experiences with utility, identity and purpose.
