“Greater productivity, creativity and time management”. These are the three points highlighted by the COO (director of Operations) of Bindflow, Jeferson Passos, on the use of Artificial Intelligence at work. Examples of improved performance in the professional environment begin with the curriculum selection sector. AI can select about 100 applications that meet the desired profile, half the time or less, with candidates more adherent to the vacancy, in the first step of this process. Another case is the use of chatbots (chats), for agile resolution of financial matters and day to day to day administrative programming until the creation of a code.
“Even with all this agility, it is always necessary to check the information provided by Artificial Intelligence. This accuracy is linked to our ability to deliver information and context so that AI gives us the best alternatives”, details Steps. “It is not simply copy and paste, but continue the dialogue with the system, providing new requirements, refining the format and analyzing what actually works for the” request.
Bindflow had a recent experience of using AI, when an IoT product (Internet of Things) needed to calculate the distance and position of an object, using triangulation of antennas, only by the power of the signal. The developers used a formula provided by ChatGPT within a programming language, which worked precisely after being tested.“We could have done a data interpolation, because we have know how, however, it would take more time”.
AI X Humans
Another recurrent discussion about the use of this technology is the relationship between robots and humans and a possible compromise of the creative process, because users would feed back on the same information and thus repeat their tasks with small adjustments to differentiate. However, the Bindflow COO defends two points in favor of the humanization of AI. “All prompt (the description that determines the task command) passes through the human sieve, as well as the filter of the information provided”, details. “It is not about copying and pasting, it is necessary to analyze the” results, he concludes.
On the issue of creativity, Passos believes that, contrary to what many comment, the use of Artificial Intelligence can even increase creativity, since “you need to understand that answer and give more context to it, when I can agree or not. In this process of dialogue, creativity tends to flourish instead of remaining in the stagnant state. Our experience improves our creativity”, he argues.
Data security
The main orientation is not to interpret AI tools as “gratuitas”, because even those that position themselves in this way can benefit from the data when we log in to use the system, putting at risk the confidentiality of the information we register to access the service.
“Before installing an AI system in a company, I need to look at the quality of my data, and who has access to”, warns the COO of Bindflow. The company uses the resource in the following tasks: backoffice (administrative departments of a company or departments that maintain no or very little contact with customers); content production, in endomarketing, in creating posts for social networks, as well as more repetitive activities and in the recruitment process .
Just an employee?
According to Steps, there are the so-called “gurus of AI”, which predict, in the not too distant future, that there will be unicorns (startups evaluated by the market from 1 billion dollars) with only 1 employee. “Perhaps this model exists only in some industries, because there are many enterprises that exclusively allow AI. But the business relations process is humanized, needs the relationship, based on indication, trust, even from solid companies, which brings their trust, the use of their products, by the history of people”, he adds.
