The same tool, applied to companies, is able to map and plan marketing and make human resource management more efficient. Known as Scrum, the agile methodology helps in productivity and organization of projects with multidisciplinary teams, working the vision and the objective of the organization in an integral way, with all employees interconnected to that particular area. Jessica Fahl Ribeiro, graduated in marketing and advertising, specialist in strategic management, and partner Guilherme Silva, trained in administration and human resources specialist, both from Forward, apply this type of methodology in companies where they give consulting.
“O Scrum is an agile methodology that helps a lot in productivity and organization of projects with multidisciplinary teams, that is, we can work the entire company in favor of its main objective, of the” vision, emphasizes Jessica. According to her, in this way it is possible to think of issues such as publicizing a new product, reaching new markets, positioning a brand with a competitive differential, as well as helping to make a company that “exist”. “All these goals we bring within Scrum and we put together a plan in a way that is executable”, he says.
Jessica explains that this type of methodological application differs from traditional consulting because it takes into account the reality of the entrepreneur. “This methodology we use is collaborative. We can include from the person of the operation, the manager and the owner to do the planning, the action plan and make this whole company organize to achieve the results, the goals set. We do this with Scrum, using tools of daily meeting, prioritization, management in sight”, punctuates the specialist. “In this participatory method, the entrepreneur, in addition to map and plan will also learn about the company itself, as well as well as it will learn about business strategy, management, practical.
When necessary, it is possible to apply this methodology in a hybrid way. “Apply Scrum does not need to be face-to-face. There are tools such as Trello, among other project management software that allow you to perform this management in hybrid work, remote work and in person. What we need is to put the information in a visible way and follow up this team”, says Jessica.
HR
Regarding the human resources of a company, Guilherme Silva notes that agile methodologies such as Scrum can make HR management much more efficient, collaborative and adaptable. “Whether for recruitment projects, integration of new employees or talent development, we can define short cycles for delivering value, projects or tasks. “The main objective is the performance of the facilitator as a business partner, transforming the human resources area into a strategic point of the organization. The company can bill more and grow sustainably, but this will be the result of an engaged team, committed and aligned with the organizational strategy”, emphasizes the specialist.
