Klok Tech platform promotes efficiency and scalability in the management of C&A Pay and Vuon Card financial services

According to the statistics of retail payments and cards in Brazil recently published by the Central Bank, in 2023 card transactions reached approximately 108.7 billion transactions, corresponding to 624 transactions per capita. The financial amount of these transactions reached R$ 99.7 trillion, which is equivalent to about 9.1 times the GDP. Compared to 2022, these figures represented an increase of 31% in the amount of transactions and 9% in the volume transacted.

With the payments market growing rapidly, Klok Tech has created a platform to promote business efficiency and scalability across different industries.The solution is the Kear system, a PaaS (as a Service) platform that provides end-to-end, end-to-end, end-to-end management for the clients' financial services portfolio, allowing them to focus on their respective core business. According to Renata Cinci, Commercial Head of Klok Tech, the company has plans to expand its partnerships and reach new customers, maintaining the connection with results.“A platform was created to promote business efficiency and scalability, so our intention is to expand the portfolio for banks and fintechs, further expanding the partnership with payment processors, and continue to promote the portfolio in retail”, he explains.

Renata points out that the main goal of Klok's partnerships with companies such as Vuon Card and C&A Pay is to provide B2B integrative solutions, transforming itself into a facilitator that connects and integrates different players “this promotes a more complete and efficient management of the business, in a safe, technological and interdependent manner.”

For Renata, providing service to large customers such as Vuon Card and C&A Pay has been a significant catalyst for innovation within Klok.“The propositions of improvements and evolutions in our platform are continuous and, as we live in a very dynamic world, with technology could not be different. Since the founding of Klok in 2021, we have greatly evolved the platform and invested 20% of our revenue in” innovation, he comments.

Klok solutions have helped customers achieve their goals in a variety of ways, from easy integrations with insurance companies, dental care and plans, through product configuration and business rules, to complete management (from sales to billing), simplifying day-to-day operational flows.

The collaboration with Vuon Card generated significant results: “In addition to supporting them in the management and expansion of the portfolio as a whole, Klok implemented services such as the notification of financial services memberships and the automatic annual adjustment in the price of insurance and assistance, all of extreme relevance to the efficiency of the” operation, explains Renata.

In the case of C&A Pay, Klok also offers Kear Web, a responsive website that allows the offer of insurance and assistance to the public that prefers to make the purchase using the flagrado credit card, that is, an additional sales and revenue channel. “We work with a focus on the ecosystem, from the integration to the sales front of our client”, concludes Renata.
