Zenvia Inc., a specialist in cloud-based CX solutions that enable companies to create personal, engaging and fluid experiences throughout the customer journey, today announced the election of Piero Rosatelli as new chief financial officer (CFO) and investor relations officer (DRI).
Piero succeeds Shay Chor, who held the CFO and DRI positions. Both have been working closely to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities.
Piero was an executive partner of Oria Capital and has already resigned as a member of the Zenvia Board. Currently, he is a member of the boards of Tolife and Interplayers Integrated Solutions, and previously served on the board of Argo Solutions. He began his career in technology investments twelve years ago and since then has conducted more than twenty transactions in the sector. His professional experience also includes passages by investment bank and the financial and strategic planning area of retailer C&A. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Insper.
