Neoway launches solution that recommends the company most likely to become its next customer

Neoway, the largest data analytics company in Latin America and part of the B3 group, announces the launch of Neoway On Target, a self-driving, back-powered algorithm solution that automatically recommends and prioritizes the most promising sales opportunities for each business.

Through artificial intelligence, machine learning and unique data from Neoway, On Target considers more than 570 variables to drive commercial efforts according to the recommended segment.The algorithm used is similar to those that recommend movies, music and videos, but in this case, it is able to indicate the best path to boost sales.

How it works in practice

On Target first analyzes and learns by observing the history of the business opportunities gained and lost, and enrich and work this data considering 570 variables to identify learning patterns. Thus, the solution understands the current profile of customers from information such as products offered, segments of action, closing cycle and average ticket, among others.

Next, AI takes action to identify the addressable market, rank the best opportunities and suggest the most adherent products for each potential customer (as well as the potential ticket and closing cycle).

On Target then delivers directly to the CRM platform a pipeline already prioritized for the commercial area to work, allowing time savings in segmentations and leveraging the accuracy of the commercial strategy to expand results with operational efficiency and sustainable growth. 

As a feedback model, On Target has a continuous learning from the monitoring of the opportunities generated, which makes the recommendations increasingly accurate.

Outcomes

The first results of Neoway On Target show the strength of the predictive model in supporting business strategies: companies that used the solution in the pre-launch recorded an increase of 25% in the average sales ticket; an increase of 71% in the use of leads by sellers; and an increase of 152% in the creation of qualified sales opportunities.
