Focus on competitive differentialIdentify what your company does better than competitors and explore it. Whether in customer service, marketing, or even where the business is located. Heandro says that one of the great differentials of Jumper! and focus on smaller cities.

“Before everyone wanted only big city, but got very beaten. Smaller municipalities have many positive points, the first is precisely the relationship with the customer. Marketing in the interior is easier to be done, you have access to several communication vehicles for a value not as high as in large capitals.
