Daki's exclusive survey points out that market delivery can return up to 60 hours per year to consumers

An exclusive survey conducted by Daki, an online market application specialized in ultra-fast deliveries, points out that Brazilians can save up to 60 hours a year by opting for supermarket delivery. The data corroborate the search for convenience and more practical solutions of a population that already spends, on average, more than an hour a day on commuting, and has driven the adoption of online shopping as a practical solution to optimize time and balance the routine.

To get an idea of the preference, according to data from Statista, a platform specialized in data collection and visualization, more than half of consumers (58%) prefer to order grocery delivery online mainly to save time, while 35% opt for this option as a less stressful solution. In addition, 53% of Brazilians value the convenience of not having to leave home to do their shopping, while 33% choose this mode to avoid the hassle of carrying bags.

“Time is one of the most valuable resources for the modern consumer, and market delivery can help optimize this time significantly. With the increasingly accelerated routine, online shopping is consolidated as an efficient alternative for those seeking practicality without giving up quality and variety. Our commitment at Daki is to offer an agile and positive shopping experience, allowing people to use this time earned for what really matters in their lives, comments Rafael Vasto, CEO of the company.

The time spent on daily commutes is also significant. According to the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), 36% of Brazilian workers spend more than one hour a day in traffic, and 8% spend more than three hours. This scenario directly impacts on quality of life and availability of time for other activities.

In this context, online shopping in supermarkets with ultra-fast deliveries appears as an effective alternative to optimize the time of consumers. By avoiding commutes and queues, users can direct the hours saved for other activities, such as leisure, rest and even work.

“O model is advantageous because it provides practicality and efficiency to consumers. We know that time is a valuable resource and offer an experience that allows you to make everyday purchases quickly and safely helps not only to improve the quality of life of Brazilians, but also puts the customer in control of their own time”, highlights Vasto.

With the increasing adoption of digital solutions, the trend is that more and more consumers opt for online platforms for their purchases, benefiting from the convenience and efficiency that they offer. To get an idea, data from the Brazilian Association of Supermarkets (Abras) indicate that consumption in Brazilian homes closed last year with an increase of 3.09%, reflecting an increase in the frequency of supermarket purchases.

“As consumers seek to optimize their time and simplify their routines, ultra-fast market delivery consolidates as an indispensable solution. Receiving purchases at home without facing traffic or queues is not only a convenience, but a new way of living the day with more quality and control over time itself,” concludes he.
