Galoppo acquires new logistics warehouse in Garuva, Santa Catarina

Galoppo, real estate fund manager, announced the acquisition of one of the warehouses of the Braspark Logistics Condominium, located in the city of Garuva, Santa Catarina, on Highway SC-417. The property is located near the border with Parana and near SC-416, an area of important access to the cities of Joinville, Itapoa and Guaratuba. The acquired area is 22.7 thousand m² and is rented to the Ascensus Group, of Joinville, specializing in logistics solutions.

The total land has, in all, 61.7 thousand m². The rest of the space belongs to the company Braspark, which offers storage solutions and logistics solutions.

The construction of the area acquired by Galoppo was completed in 2021. The remaining land had its completion in 2023.

Galoppo expects to make R$400 million in acquisitions in the coming months.For 2025, the goal is to close with the total of R$2 billion assets under management.
