Startup reaches the market transforming the concept of rental guarantee

With operations in the segment of rental guarantee and residential insurance for all of Brazil, the Alufacil, a startup founded three years ago in Porto Alegre, already has relevant results. The company ended 2024 with revenues of R$ 7.5 million and to date, registers the partnership with more than 500 real estate companies in Brazil and 1,300 portfolio contracts.

“The results are the result of a work system that has transformed the rental guarantee segment, dispensing with old methods such as the existence of a guarantor or collateral deposit, which often make it impossible to rent real estate”, explains the founder and CEO of Alufacil, Guilherme Colpo. 

With the mission of facilitating and reducing bureaucracy in the process of renting real estate, providing effective, fast and affordable solutions that simplify the lives of real estate agents, brokers, owners and tenants, Alufacil has as differentials the rental guarantee system, the agile and personalized way of relationship with partners and customers.

With investments of R$ 500 thousand annually in R&D, the company provides, via whatsapp, to the customer an intelligent system that triggers 18 bureaus credit check, such as SPC, Serasa, Federal Revenue, Central Bank, among others and, in less than 3 minutes, approves or not the credit. In addition, personalized service informs the customer of the obstacle in the credit not approved and suggests solutions to try to make the process viable in some way. Already for the real estate, the service is also personalized, through a group of experts that makes the personalized and humanized service.

“In the economic scenario of the country, with the lack of real estate credit for the purchase of real estate and high interest rates, the rental service has been growing, as well as, often, the cases of default. In this scenario, Alufacil arrives as a facilitator to provide more people the possibility of being able to rent a property with the least bureaucracy”, says the CEO.
