Have you wasted time listening to endless audios on WhatsApp trying to find “that detail” of the conversation with a customer? For now this is past. Poli Digital, a Goian company that automates service channels for small and medium businesses, has just launched a feature that promises to give a stop to long audios and change the routine of those who sell over the internet.
The new technology automatically transcribes extensive audios sent by customers and, breaking, still summarizes the main points of the conversation with the support of artificial intelligence. It is as if the seller had a personal assistant, ready to deliver the text version and the highlights of conversation in seconds.
And the time gain is real: while a manual transcription of a 3-minute audio takes, on average, eight minutes, Poli's AI does the same job in about 15 seconds.
The novelty arises in a scenario of rapid global growth.Estimates of the software market indicate that transcription services with artificial intelligence should jump from US$ 10 billion in 2023 to US$ 30 billion by 2031, with an average growth of 14.7% per year.In Brazil, the voice recognition segment, which includes technologies such as speech-to-text, It should move US$ 172 million in 2025, and may reach US$ 319 million by 2030.
“We sought a real solution for those who undertake and need productivity. Our focus is to make managers have more control, more speed and more results with less effort”, reinforces the CEO of the company, Alberto Filho.
The solution centralizes service in multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and sites IO with features such as chatbots, mass message trigger, call system, catalog creation, payment links and secure shopping cart. “With the new AI transcription and audio summary, we reinforce our proposal to deliver tools that unite efficiency, intelligence and practicality for the day-to-day of the entrepreneur”, concludes.
