Modelos de negócio sob demanda transformaram radicalmente a forma como as pessoas consomem serviços, priorizando conveniência, agilidade e autonomia. O funcionamento é simples: os armários são instalados em áreas comuns dos condomínios. Os moradores utilizam o aplicativo Hipag (solução de pagamentos da 60 Minutos) para realizar o pagamento e inserir as roupas sujas no compartimento indicado. A equipe da Lavanderia realiza a coleta, lavagem, secagem, embalagem e devolução no mesmo local, sem contato físico com o cliente e com rastreabilidade total do processo. A solução já começou a ser implantada, e deve alcançar 2 mil pontos até o fim de 2025 – sendo a maioria na cidade de São Paulo –, ampliando o alcance da marca por meio de conveniência, tecnologia e sustentabilidade. “Temos visto o mercado de serviços evoluir de forma muito rápida, e o Laundry in Box é a nossa resposta a essa tendência. A proposta é tornar a lavanderia tão simples e acessível quanto pedir comida ou chamar um carro. O modelo foi desenvolvido para oferecer a conveniência e flexibilidade que o cliente já espera de outros aplicativos, mas com o cuidado e a qualidade que a nossa marca sempre prezou. Queremos estar onde o cliente está e atender suas necessidades de forma rápida, prática e eficiente, de um jeito que faça sentido na vida real”, explica Isaelson Oliveira, fundador e CEO do Grupo Hi.

O Laundry in Box se destaca por unir comodidade e eficiência operacional. Com consumo médio de apenas 48 litros de água por ciclo e uso de insumos biodegradáveis, a rede adota práticas que contribuem para a preservação de recursos naturais. O serviço também reduz a necessidade de produção e descarte de máquinas domésticas, além de utilizar equipamentos industriais de alta durabilidade, que operam com baixa demanda de mão de obra. “O que fizemos foi adaptar a lógica do delivery para um serviço essencial, mas ainda pouco digitalizado. As pessoas estão cada vez mais acostumadas a resolver tudo pelo celular, com agilidade e praticidade, e o Laundry in Box surgiu justamente para atender a essa demanda, oferecendo um serviço que se adapta à rotina moderna, sem abrir mão da qualidade e da sustentabilidade”, afirma Isaelson Oliveira, fundador e CEO do Grupo Hi.

A expansão da solução faz parte do plano estratégico do Grupo Hi, que encerrou 2024 com R$ 54 milhões em faturamento e projeta alcançar R$ 75 milhões até o final de 2025. A rede, que já possui 500 pontos em funcionamento e outros 300 em implantação, planeja fechar o próximo ano com 1.400 unidades em operação. A internacionalização também já está em andamento, com investimento inicial de 1 milhão de euros para a entrada em Portugal, mercado que deve servir de base para o crescimento na Europa. O objetivo é atingir R$ 1 bilhão em valor de mercado e realizar um IPO até 2027.
