The solution also includes an exclusive negotiation portal, automated notification delivery via SMS, WhatsApp, and email, direct integration with Serasa for negative accounts, and detailed reports providing a strategic overview of the receivables portfolio. The portal can be fully customized to match each company's visual identity.

Furthermore, Global+ also has native integration with Global's own outsourced collections, allowing automated title submission to specialized teams for pre-emptive and extrajudicial collections.  

With over 30 years in the market, Global has recovered R$3 billion in credits over the past five years and performed over 680 million activations during the same period, serving over 5.1 million debtors monthly. Currently, over 120 large clients outsource their financial processes to the company, which already has over 2,500 clients with healthy financial operations in Brazil.
