Digitro Tecnologia offers vacancies for 2025 with growth opportunities

A Digit Technology, based in Florianopolis, has 20 vacancies open for 2025. The company, which hired 72 professionals in 2024, including young apprentices, trainees and effective employees, expects to maintain an average of 80 annual hires. This number reflects the growing demand for new talent and the company's commitment to strengthen its teams, with a special focus on the continuous development of its employees through training programs.

Currently, the vacancies include 6 internship positions in the areas of development, artificial and commercial intelligence, as well as 11 vacancies for development professionals and 3 for the commercial sector. Mariana Polli, people manager at Digitro Tecnologia, highlights that the company goes beyond offering jobs. “Our mission is to provide a solid development track, with internal training programs and job redeployment opportunities, so that everyone grows together with the company”, she says.

This strategy is reflected in the low turnover in 2023, the rate was 28.10%, below the market average of 33.07%.Investment in valuing knowledge, with subsidies for postgraduate courses and MBAs, directly contributes to the retention of talent and the strengthening of the professional growth environment.
