The second half of the year is packed with busy sales dates. Black Friday, which takes place in November, is one of the most anticipated for retailers. However, to optimize results, organization and anticipation are essential. To prepare brands for the end-of-year sales calendar, RD Station, a TOTVS business unit, is holding the Black Friday Mission on August 19th, starting at 2 p.m.
In this free online event, Fabio Duran (Hubify), Felipe Bernardo (ecommerce consultant, formerly of Boca Rosa and Sephora), and a team of experts from RD Station present a step-by-step guide to a high-performance strategy, focusing on how to attract interested leads, how to hyper-personalize and automate communication, how to prove the return on investment of actions, and identify the best channels.
In four content blocks, participants will learn how to use AI in marketing initiatives, personalizing experiences and automating processes for a smarter and more profitable Black Friday. The event will also cover WhatsApp strategies for engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and boosting sales with targeted, high-impact messages. Success stories and a series of tips for ensuring predictability, well beyond November, will also be shared.
"As our latest edition of the RD Station Marketing and Sales Overview pointed out, 72% of companies didn't meet their sales targets in 2024, but 87% increased their expected figures for this year. Black Friday is one of the most promising dates for this, but it's important to anticipate and create a multichannel strategy that is predictable and guarantees the expected results," explains Vicente Rezende, CMO of RD Station.
