The new unit based in the USA is born with the goal of serving local and global clients, offering a strategic bridge between the Latin American and North American markets.

Group is recognized for its integrated deliveries, from planning to execution, focusing on generating real value for the business of large national and multinational brands. The physical presence in the USA is a response to the increasing demands of the agency’s clients for international projects, especially considering the upcoming World Cup, to be held in three North American countries (Canada, USA, Mexico) as well as opportunities related to major events like the NBA, NFL, global fairs, and educational programs.

The operation in the US will be led by Juliana, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to close, strategic management connected to each market’s profile. The new operation expects to increase by up to 25% the revenue generated by international projects in the next 12 months, driven by the performance in the North American market and the new global demands.
Among the main highlights of this new phase is the Business Program, an exclusive product of Yo! Group within the incentive marketing pillar. Beyond traditional award trips, the program offers an international immersion focusing on executive training, strategic content, and business generation. The new unit reinforces Yo! Group’s strategy to be where the client needs, with cultural, operational intelligence, and proximity.
