A X-ONE, global leading brand in premium protection solutions for mobile devices, has just launched its official e-commerce in Brazil. The move marks a strategic step in solidifying the brand in the country, where it has been operating since 2018 through an extensive network of authorized resellers.
Recognized for its high-performance products (such as films, cases, cables, and chargers), X-ONE starts its B2C market presence with an expectation to generate R$ 2.5 million in sales by the end of 2025, with R$500 thousand in just the first month of operation.
The e-commerce launch responds to a growing demand from consumers who were having difficulty finding the products in physical stores. The new platform offers a seamless, responsive, and mobile-optimized shopping experience, with intuitive navigation and simplified checkout. Consumers will find 400 to 600 available SKUs, with options for different smartphone models, colors, voltages, and usage needs. The site accepts payments via Pix and credit cards from major issuers, with deliveries nationwide.
“Our goal is to democratize access to the X-ONE portfolio, without compromising on quality and brand experience. The e-commerce launch expands our relationship with the end consumer and reinforces our commitment to innovation, convenience, and excellent service,” highlights Breno França, CEO of the brand.
The online store was developed on the Shopify platform, with robust investments in UX, mobile-first design, and advanced SEO practices. The brand is also preparing a series of promotional and loyalty actions for the new channel, including free shipping on purchases over R$ 400, outlet with selected products, and seasonal campaigns such as Father’s Day, Black Friday, and Christmas. Among the projects in development are a subscription club and a points program with product exchange.
With a global presence in over 75 countries and more than 20 million protected devices, X-ONE is a pioneer in extreme protection technologies, with international certifications and materials with military-grade performance. In Brazil, the company has been building a solid trajectory in the B2B market since 2018, operating exclusively through specialized retailers, with an active base of 700 to 1,200 monthly partners.
In addition to expanding its operations, the arrival of e-commerce will also boost the brand in digital environments. X-ONE is launching a robust marketing campaign focusing on performance, digital media, and influencer marketing, aiming to expand its reach and strengthen its position in the premium segment of smartphone accessories.
