With a focus on innovation, marketing agency grows 70% in one year

A Tempus Inova, a design, innovation, and digital marketing agency, recorded a 70% growth in revenue between 2023 and 2024, establishing itself as a reference in the market thanks to its focus on quality, speed, and expertise to serve clients from different sectors. The significant growth is accompanied by a 112% expansion outlook in 2025, reinforcing the company’s position in the industry.

“We are very pleased with the results achieved in 2025. This significant growth is a reflection of our commitment to offering innovative and high-quality solutions to our clients,” says André Carvalho, CEO & Founder of Tempus Inova.

With more than 660 million inhabitants and a strong presence of smartphone users, especially in countries like Brazil, Latin America has emerged as a strategic and innovative hub for digital marketing. The region serves as a dynamic laboratory for testing online campaigns, tailored to mobile interactions that dominate the local scenario. According to projections from UnivDatos Market Insights, digital marketing investment by Latin American organizations is expected to grow by around 15% annually until 2027, when it could reach the mark of 98.9 billion dollars.

Diverse portfolio and strategic partnerships

With clients like Pieracciani, the largest innovation consultancy in Brazil, Tempus Inova stands out for offering various services such as websites, brand design, and audiovisual. “We want to contribute to the success of our clients by offering personalized solutions aligned with their needs. The partnership with Pieracciani is an example of our commitment to efficiently and innovatively meet market demands,” emphasizes Carvalho.

The startup Shark Coat, which brought innovative technology to the world of surfing – a kind of “synthetic skin” inspired by sharks, designed to create a surface that reduces friction with water or air, initially applied by BASF in aviation to increase aircraft aerodynamics – is also one of the corporation’s partnerships.

In addition to these, the agency also has other significant cases, such as Incube Metrics, a consultancy focused on retail, business intelligence, trade marketing, and category management, which grew 90% in 2024. “Partnerships with leading clients in their segments reinforce our expertise and seriousness in delivering satisfactory results,” adds the CEO.

Tempus Inova has the extensive experience of the founder, known for working in major companies like Nestlé, Cosan, and Mitsui & Co, providing the agency with a broad view of clients’ challenges. The secret, according to him, lies in envisioning brand branding as more than just a simple strategy.
