Viaflow, a reference in business transformation, grows by 36% in revenue and achieves a record turnover of over R$ 14 million in 2024

The hyper-automation market in Brazil is growing rapidly. Gartner’s data reveals that by the end of this year, at least 50% of large national companies will have adopted technologies from the area in their operations. Following this market trend, Viaflow achieved a 36% revenue increase in 2024. As a result, the company, which is a benchmark in business transformation, reached over R$ 14 million in revenue and an EBITDA of 22% in the year.

These positive results are even more significant for the founder and CEO of Viaflow, Graziele Rossato, due to the challenges of the previous year when the company needed to reassess its structure, reduce costs, and optimize and automate processes to regain competitiveness. “In 2023, we restructured our areas to foster greater collaboration, agility, and creativity, always focusing on the customer. With the support of specialized consultancies in strategy, commercial, and products/services, we prepared the ground for a promising 2024. With all these investments, we believe that 2025 will be a year of growth and expansion. We are ready for the new challenges,” explains the CEO.

The second semester brought a new boost. With signs of recovery in the market and more agile processes, Viaflow expanded its team by 20%, keeping pace with the demand growth and ensuring the quality of services provided. In addition, it implemented Upflow, an internal index that values professionals and recognizes their impact on the company’s growth. The reflection of this movement was the high participation in the GPTW (Great Place to Work) survey, reaching 93% adherence and a score of 92.

“We have been able to create a work environment that engages and motivates our team. In addition to Upflow, our Business Partner Program has distributed around R$ 500,000 in bonuses, aligning company results with professional appreciation,” highlights Melissa Mattos, partner and CFO of Viaflow.

For this year, Viaflow projects to exceed R$ 20 million in revenue and maintain a 20% EBITDA, even with new investments in sight. “Our focus continues to be the transformation of businesses through technology, processes, and innovation, always with a keen eye on people. We believe that sustainable growth and team appreciation go hand in hand,” concludes Graziele.
