Latin America currently ranks 7th in the global ranking of countries that have moved the most Venture Capital resources in the last five years, with US$ 36.9 billion invested between 2019 and 2023, according to the District report in partnership with SoftBank. In 2024, Brazil reached US$ 816.8 million in contributions, according to a KPMG report, after a challenging period between 2023 and the first quarter of 2024.
It is in this scenario that Sao Paulo receives, on September 25 and 26, the “Bossa Summit: The Meeting Point of the Venture Capital Market”, one of the largest startup investment events in Brazil. Aimed to discuss the future of the sector, the event will address the prospects of investment funds in the medium and long term, in addition to highlighting the main market trends and exploring strategies for the formation of strategic partnerships. The meeting promises to bring together great names of the innovation ecosystem and investors in search of growth opportunities.
Among the speakers at the Bossa Summit is Claudio Dias, CEO of Magis5, a startup focused on integration and automation of marketplaces, which received a contribution from Bossanova Investimentos in 2022.
