Pague Menos and Extrafarma are nominated for the Reclame Aqui Award 2025

The Pague Menos and Extrafarma pharmacy network, the country's second-largest pharmaceutical retail chain, has been nominated for the Reclame Aqui Award 2025 in the "Drugstores and Pharmacies – Large Operations" and "Drugstores and Pharmacies" categories, respectively. This year, the Award celebrates its 15th anniversary, solidifying its position as Brazil's largest and most prestigious recognition for customer service and reputation, where consumers elect the companies that provide the best experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
 

In 2024, Extrafarma was crowned the grand champion in the "Pharmacies" category, while Pague Menos was the runner-up in the "Pharmacies – Large Operations" category. The last edition of the initiative received over 15 million votes across more than 300 categories.

Voting
