On September 12 and 13, the Entrepreneurial Mission takes place in Alphaville (Barueri, SP), an event held by the SERAC, hub of corporate solutions, being a reference in the accounting, legal, educational and technology areas. Aimed at entrepreneurs from all areas, the two-day immersion aims to help those who undertake to leverage the business in its most diverse sectors.
According to Jhonny Martins, vice president of SERAC, the Entrepreneurial Mission was organized for those who are ready to face challenges and boost the company.“Our goal is to help entrepreneurs grow, awakening the maximum potential of their business”, he explains.
According to the executive, the event is ideal for those who suffer from excessive working hours, lack of time for the family and leisure, is with the team unmotivated due to the lack of investment in development and/or failure to innovate and adapt to the market. “There are many problems that can happen in the management of a company and our goal is to support so that owner and team can work together to reverse a negative scenario and achieve success”, says Jhonny Martins.
The Entrepreneur Mission will work essential growth levers for the business, such as: business management, strategic marketing, effective sales tactics, inspiring leadership, business culture, people management and communication and powerful influence.
“Business culture, for example, is one of the fundamental pillars for the success and growth of an organization and not every entrepreneur understands this.When employees identify with the values and goals, they feel part of a united and engaged community, working towards a common” goal, says the vice president of SERAC.
The Entrepreneurial Mission that takes place in September will be attended by SERAC speakers, who will share strategies that help shape the success of the company that is present in more than 20 Brazilian states and has more than 300 employees. It will also have the following guest speakers: Valquiria Mendes, a specialist in personal development and conscious co-creation; Pyong Lee, entrepreneur, magician and hypnotist; and Joao Brognoli, marketing entrepreneur.
