Registration for the 2nd edition of the Hackathon Visit Sao Paulo Convention Bureau can be made up to 16/10

Professionals with experience in tourism, marketing, business and technology have from October 4 to 16 to register for the 2nd edition of the Hackathon Visit Sao Paulo, which will be held between October 18 and 20 visitesaopaulo.com/hackathon24.

The event, which aims to find solutions to the demands of the tourism sector, will be opened virtually on the evening of October 18, when participants, who will organize in teams of 3 to 5 people, will know the proposed challenge, as well as guidance on the sector and tips from supporters.

During Saturday and Sunday until the early afternoon, the participants will develop their projects and create a prototype of the solution. During this period, they will be able to ask their questions with the organizers, as well as have access to mentoring and lectures. The Hackathon will be held at the Sheraton Sao Paulo WTC Hotel.

The three best works will receive awards, chosen by a judging committee composed of representatives of the organizers and supporters. The winners will present their solutions during the 8th Expo Forum, to be held on December 3.

The event is held by the Visite Sao Paulo Convention Bureau and Brazilian Association of Airlines (Abear), with support from the Secretary of Tourism and Travel of the State of Sao Paulo.
