Ingresso.com, a pioneering technology company in the online ticket sales and ticketing automation market, is the new ticket office of the EcoVilla Ri Happy HotelTheatre Riachuelo River and Adolpho Bloch Theater cultural equipment under the management of Adventure, cultural equipment manager and theatrical producer. With the partnership, the company expects a growth of 20% in the event segment

Ingresso.com has more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment and culture market, focusing on the sale of tickets to cinemas, concerts, shows and others. During a period, the company focused its efforts mainly on the Rock in Rio, in the area of events. In 2022, it expanded its operations by resuming partnerships with the main venues.   

EcoVilla Ri Happy Hotel it is a cultural hub for children that offers experiences for children from 0 to 12 years, promoting the role of children and various experiences. With 2 thousand m² of area and capacity for up to 520 people, the space combines socialization and learning through play. The structure is divided into two pillars: the EcoVilla Ri Happy Theater & Tom Jobim Room EcoVilla House and Casa EcoVilla Ri Happy & Play and Learn.  

Already the Riachuelo Rio Theater, one of the most traditional spaces in Brazil and listed as historical heritage, reopened on August 26, 2016, after the restoration of the old Cine Palace.Since then, it has become a cultural center that houses music, theater, debates and dance Adolpho Bloch Theater, set in the iconic Oscar Niemeyer-designed Headline Building with landscaping by Burle Marx, it features 359 seats and a 140-m² stage.

Speaking of innovation, Ingresso.com has updated its systems over the years to improve the service to the event sector in Brazil. The news includes the possibility of influencers to advertise events through the event program Sales by Affiliates, using coupons or exclusive links and tracking sales in real time.In addition, the functionality of Sales by Channels allows the creation of multiple links to the same event, facilitating the sale of VIP tickets and cabins, with customizable promotion options.A new one has also been introduced Mobile Sales System, a portable solution that enables ticket sales with or without a marked seat, reducing queues and optimizing operation. 

It is the first time that the three cultural facilities will have a single box office, which will also allow gains for users, such as the program Amigo Theatre, in which, when buying a ticket in one of the houses, the user gains discount for other attractions in all the houses.
