GFT Technologies wins best place in its history in Brazil at GPTW 2024

GFT Technologies, a global digital transformation pioneer, has earned its highest ranking in the world Great Place to Work (GPTW), revealed on October 9th in Sao Paulo (SP). The 28th edition of the event listed the 175 best companies to work in Brazil in 2024, divided into four categories.

GFT was ranked 35th in the 1,000 to 9,999 company group, with a total of 85 organizations.

For the CEO of GFT Technologies in Brazil, Alessandro Buonopane, the recognition coming from GPTW reflects the work and dedication of each of the more than 3 thousand professionals that make up the company in the country. For him, the fact that each employee sees himself as a protagonist in both his individual and collective journey is essential for this recognition.

GPTW 2024

GTPW certification has been in existence since the 1990s and is present in more than 150 countries around the world and, on average, takes a year to be carried out through Trust Index workplace research.

Companies wishing to participate register and its employees (in an anonymous way) evaluate their work experiences, through a 60-question questionnaire, which assesses five dimensions of people's experience involving Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride and Companionship.With the questions answered, a cultural audit gathers the evaluations of both workers and their leaders at higher levels.

All responses are calculated using a system of algorithms that determines the location of each organization in the final ranking. The data science used in GPTW is audited by the institute's headquarters, located in San Francisco (USA), and later by the international accounting firm Grant Thornton.
