E-book on the use of artificial intelligence in retail will be released on PL Connection

Amicci, a marketplace for private label products, announces the launch of the “ e-bookThe power of AI in modern retail”, which deals with the integration of artificial intelligence-based solutions to the industry.The company plans to disclose the material during PL Connection, the largest event of private label hotel from Latin America, which takes place between September 17 and 19 in Sao Paulo.

With a preface prepared by Eduardo Terra, president of the Brazilian Society of Retail and Consumer (SBVC), the e-book brings together articles from retail market experts that address the challenges and opportunities of technology deployment in this area, including in segments such as private label.

“We have seen considerable growth in the use of AI in the online sales process, customer retention and other marketing strategies.It serves not only to improve the management of retail results, but also to help hyper-personalize products developed in segments such as the private label. Therefore, the e-book will be very useful for the retailer to think of ways to incorporate such innovations in their business”, says Antonio Sa, founding partner of Amicci.

The digital book describes the impact of technology on the retail market, presenting use cases in which it drives online sales, develops private label products and conducts more personalized and targeted advertising campaigns.

Artificial intelligence is presented in the e-book as a solution to increase competitiveness, leverage business through data analysis tools on packaging design, suggest products to customers and evaluate competition. The digital distribution of the book will happen free of charge during PL Connection.

In addition to the launch of this work, the event will receive about 100 exhibitors, with the presence of companies such as Carrefour, Sugar Loaf Group, Cobasi, Petz and Sam’s Club.In this edition there will also be the Excellence in Private Brand Award 2024, which recognizes good practices exercised by companies that develop their own brand of products.
