The Dynasty, Carol Paiffer's business accelerator, performs the “Le Hackaton 5 SMEs Accelerator Dynasty” on 12/7, online, and 13/7 and 14/7, face-to-face, focusing on small and medium-sized companies. The technology marathon is held face-to-face in the new building erected especially for the accelerator, in Jardim Europa, Sao Paulo (SP).
The event takes place through the Sabia, newly encompassed by the Dynasty and commanded by Rafael Incao.Sabia is a company specialized in data science, artificial intelligence and hackathons.
During the “Le Hackaton”, six technological solutions for SMEs will be developed by different teams. The themes of the solutions will be revealed during the event. The jury is composed of Carol, Rafael and invited experts.
Interested in participating in the hackaton can participate in the selection through online registration. In addition to the selected, developers and data professionals from the French school of technology Le Wagon, of which Rafael is a teacher, also participate.
Among the biggest passions I have are entrepreneurship and technology. Joining the Dynasty and the Thrush in promoting a hackaton aimed at small and medium-sized companies is totally in line with what I think: that technology should be an ally not only of large companies, but of any and all businesses. Today, fortunately, the opportunities for technological evolution are increasingly available, so no company can give up using them”, says Carol.
“O hackaton is a way to show the relevance of PME’s in the national scenario, since the focus is to create solutions for this public, who wants to innovate but often does not know the way or does not have enough resources. The number of small and medium-sized companies in Brazil is almost 500 thousand, out of a total of more than 6 million companies of all sizes. PMEs are the main driving force of the Brazilian economy, being the largest source of income and employment for the population. They are responsible for 72% of formal jobs and 33% of the national GDP.
Carol Paiffer is also co-founder and CEO of Atom S/A, a trader's desk and platform focused on financial education and entrepreneurship.The entrepreneur, who has been active in the financial market since 2005, is a bold investor in the Shark Tank Brazil program. As a participant entrepreneur in the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions, Carol has already invested in about 60 companies from the most different segments.
Rafael Incao holds a degree in Mathematics from USP and a professor of Data Science at the French school of technology Le Wagon. For 11 years in the digital market, he has currently developed solutions in the areas of data and AI through hackathons and business consultancies, promoting digital transformation in companies.
