At Resenciais, Sólides traveled over 9,230 kilometers across five Brazilian regions, impacting over 1,700 professionals of varying levels (from analysts to directors), whether or not customers of the HR Tech, with various content developed specifically for the event. The content addressed human resources management processes from strategic, technological, and managerial perspectives.
"We closed Conectarh Brazil with a sense of mission accomplished. Over the past few months, we successfully established it as the largest regional event in Brazil for human resources and personnel departments, further democratizing access to knowledge and stimulating interaction and networking for professionals in the field," says Rafael Kahane, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Sólides. "Conectarh Brazil was designed based on the pain points and needs of Brazilian HR professionals, focusing on a practical approach to problem-solving and business vision. Our event was a great opportunity for professionals across the country to clearly understand the most innovative aspects of people management today and begin implementing them in their daily work at their companies and businesses."
Sólides' Conectarh Brasil is growing year after year. The event started in 2023 with four capital cities, reached seven in 2024, and aims for even greater expansion in 2025: Sólides' plan is to visit 10 Brazilian capital cities, from north to south, and double the number of people impacted at the meetings, bringing together approximately 3,500 HR and payroll professionals in person.
Sólides has been leading the digital transformation of HR and Payroll departments across the country. Through innovative and exclusive solutions, the company automates bureaucratic and manual processes, enabling teams in these areas to operate more strategically. This HR Tech also contributes to talent attraction, development, and retention – reducing turnover and increasing competitive advantages for its clients. Currently, Sólides counts more than 30,000 clients (triple the number from two years ago), impacting 8 million lives through its platform, and stands as a leader in Brazil's high-growth company group.
