ClickBus, a platform for solutions for travelers and road vehicles, was considered one of the most innovative and technological companies in the country, according to the Innovative Workplaces award of MIT Technology Review & Awards that annually recognizes organizations that stand out for innovation, analyzing organizational culture and work methodologies.
This is the second consecutive year that ClickBus participates in the award.The company received the “Innovative Workplaces Brasil 2024” seal, reinforcing its commitment to technological development in its operations.
“A ClickBus is recognized as the benchmark of innovation in the Brazilian road market. Our purpose is to use technology as one of the main differentiators of the company, something that is in our DNA. Therefore, we are synonymous with excellence and the largest platform of solutions for travelers and vehicles in the” sector, says Phillip Klien, CEO of ClickBus.
The project presented by the company to participate in the award was ClickOffer, an innovative product option that provides road stretches at reduced prices for consumers.

This year, more than two thousand companies were registered in the award. All participants went through stages in which employees answered questions about Management, Marketing and Sales, Processes, Products and Services, Open Innovation, Diversity and Data Decisioning.
To define the winning companies of Innovative Workplaces, MIT Technology Review Brazil evaluated criteria such as diversity, decision for data and open innovation. From this evaluation, ClickBus was certified as one of the most innovative companies in Brazil, reinforcing its commitment to develop products and services that cause evolution in the road, always focusing on technology and benefits for consumers.
