I moved away from colleagues who did not have the same goals as mine, and consequently, I had to align the way I dressed, how I communicated and how I negotiated”, he comments. 

The search for an environment conducive to growth was one of the determining factors that led him to stand out in the market, allowing him to build a network of influential contacts that strengthened his business initiatives.
