Joia | Experiences that Transform, an agency that is a reference in live marketing and corporate events, celebrates 12 years of innovation and excellence with indication to two of the most prestigious awards in the sector: the Caio Award , considered the “Oscar of EVENTS”, and the AMPRO Globes Awards, the largest live marketing award in Brazil.
The recognition came by the TikTok Arena case, a global project developed for TikTok for Business. Held between May 2023 and April 2024, the 800 m² space in the Olympic Village in Sao Paulo was transformed by Joia into a multifunctional environment, with modern scenography and cutting-edge technology, to receive creative events of the company. In just 12 months, 145 events were effected that impacted more than 12 thousand customers and 2.7 thousand content creators, consolidating the space as a reference in immersive and innovative experiences.
At the Caio 2024 Awards, Joia is a finalist in the Technical Infrastructure for Events category, while at the AMPRO Awards, the agency competes in two categories: Best Incentive Campaign and Best B2B Campaign. These recognitions reflect the agency's ability to deliver creative and high-impact solutions, coupled with impeccable execution that optimizes resources and maximizes benefits.
The TikTok Arena case TikTok Arena was born from a challenge: to create an inspiring and functional space in just 15 days, which reflected the vibrant and differentiated essence of the TikTok platform.The agency not only exceeded expectations, but also implemented a series of innovative solutions, such as modular scenography for rapid adaptation of the environments, complete revitalization of the property and creation of customizable spaces for photos and videos.
In addition to the physical transformation, TikTok Arena was the stage for events that explored themes such as inclusion, female empowerment and celebration of creativity, with campaigns such as #TikTokSportsRoadToOlympics and #TikTokMaisQueUma. The carefully planned strategy by Joia included a diverse programming, attracting from digital influencers to major brands, which resulted in an impressive organic engagement, with more than 4 thousand views on posts related to the space, reinforcing the positioning of TikTok as a global impact platform.

The award ceremony of the AMPRO Awards takes place next Tuesday, November 26; and the delivery of the Alligator of the Caio Award will take place on December 10, 2024.
