Pompéia, one of the largest retail brands in the South of the country, has won an important national recognition, placing 1st in the 2024 Reclame Aqui Awards in the E-commerce Fashion and Apparel category. This is one of the most prestigious awards in Brazil, highlighting the brands with the best reputation for customer service.
The Reclame Aqui Award, celebrating its 14th edition this year, is divided into two stages. In the first phase, interested companies must meet a series of requirements to register. Then, in the second phase, the selected brands undergo a public vote, allowing for the direct participation of consumers from all over the country.
