Vinicius Colli began his journey at V4 six years ago as a franchisee, investing less than R$10,000 in Colli&Co, a unit that became the first to reach R$1 million in monthly revenue, along with Gustavo Figueiredo. Today, the operation generates around R$40 million per year and serves clients of V4X, the company’s exclusive arm for large enterprises, such as XP Investimentos, Sicoob, and Grupo Salus. Both are leaving their respective positions in the franchise to take on the new roles at the headquarters.
