The world’s largest Customer Experience event reaches its 23rd edition, promising to provoke, inspire, and transform the market. On September 9th and 10th, the CONAREC 2025 will take over the Transamerica Expo Center, in São Paulo, bringing together over 12,000 participants, 500 speakers, and 120 CEOs from companies like Microsoft, Uber, LATAM, BMG, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, and Havaianas.
With the central theme “Super-Human CX: Emotional, Creative, and Exponential”, the event will explore the convergence of technology and humanity, showing how every interaction can be emotionally charged, every experience creatively designed, and every advance exponentially amplified.
