The largest Customer Experience event in the world is entering its 23rd edition, promising to provoke, inspire, and transform the market. On September 9 and 10, the CONAREC 2025 will take place at the Transamerica Expo Center, in São Paulo, gathering more than 12,000 participants, 500 speakers, and 120 CEOs from companies like Microsoft, Uber, LATAM, BMG, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, and Havaianas.
With the central theme “Super-Human CX: Emotional, Creative, and Exponential”, the event will explore the convergence between technology and humanity, showing how each interaction can be charged with emotion, each experience designed creatively, and each advancement empowered exponentially.
