Tray Launches Integrated POS System to Unify Management of Physical and Online Stores

A Tray, an e-commerce platform owned by LWSA, announced today the launch of Tray PDV, an innovative solution aimed at automating and unifying business management for retailers. This new tool represents a significant step in the company’s strategy of providing a unique and complete environment for the administration of stores, whether virtual or physical.

Tray PDV offers a comprehensive range of functionalities, including:

  • Supplier management
  • Window displays adjustment
  • Order and inventory control
  • Billing tracking
  • Sales review
  • Proposal creation
  • Invoice issuance
  • Running promotions

The tool also supports various payment methods such as consignment, installment payment, customer credit, PIX, gift certificate, and card. Additionally, it allows for use on multiple cash registers, ensuring complete control of operations.

One of the main differentiators of Tray PDV is its ability to integrate sales across multiple channels, connecting the physical store with the Tray virtual store. This results in more efficient processes, centralized management, and reduced errors and operational costs.

Thiago Mazeto, general director of Tray, highlights the importance of the solution in the current retail context: “Retail is becoming increasingly dynamic, and digitization is already a reality. With Tray PDV, we are reinforcing our business strategy by offering a complete solution for retailers to manage their physical and digital operations, all in one environment.”

The launch occurs at a time of significant growth for the sector. In the second quarter of 2024, the LWSA retail and e-commerce segment recorded a notable increase in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) transacted, reaching R$16.9 billion, a growth of 22.5% compared to the same period in 2023.

Mazeto adds: “Even with the excellent performance of our retailers, we continue to invest in strengthening Tray’s operations, centralizing solutions in a single environment to further simplify the lives of retailers who need technologies to boost their businesses.”

Tray PDV is available starting today to all Tray platform customers, marking a new chapter in the evolution of integrated retail in Brazil.
