Start-up Beorange already helped clients save R$ 5 million in 2024

Beorange’s clients have already saved about $5 million together in overpayments in 2024, and furthermore, the savings in tax optimization will reach $3 million next year. And to further improve companies’ lives, in 2024, Beorange takes a new step: with the purchase of Hrelp, it now integrates complete Human Resources management into its platform, becoming a leader in administrative intelligence.

“Beorange is a complete platform for business management. To give you an idea, in Brazil today, 30 to 40% of companies go bankrupt before five years. Since Beorange started in July 2022, we haven’t lost any clients due to company closure. Furthermore, 91.3% of our clients have positive cash flow,” highlighted Beorange’s CEO, Myle Pontes.

The positive data of Beorange’s clients is mainly due to the platform integrating all accounting and administrative services in one place. “The entrepreneur has a complete view of their cash flow and with our consultancy, we help them allocate their money better to balance the books. We combine human expertise with technology to offer the best and make the entrepreneur feel secure so they can focus their efforts on growing their business,” added Myle.

Furthermore, through the startup’s platform, Beorange’s client can access crucial information for their business, directing management and having confidence in the data. “It’s a time-saving, in the processes dedicated to administration and furthermore, our consultative approach also results in savings, whether in overpayments or tax optimization,” said the executive.Complete administrative intelligence

In November 2024, Beorange announced the acquisition of another startup, Hrelp. With this acquisition, in addition to accounting, personnel, and financial management services, the platform will now integrate complete Human Resources management, from hiring, promotion control, vacations, and all stages of employee development. With the adoption of this new technology, Beorange leads in administrative intelligence for companies. The expectation is to launch the HR management to the market in January 2025.

But why the term administrative intelligence? Myle explains that the technology developed by Beorange uses different approaches, including process automation and artificial intelligence for business management. “Our purpose is to make administrative management less bureaucratic and more intuitive, using technology to benefit businesses,” she added.
