Additionally, the service complements traditional delivery, bringing more convenience to those who live in more remote regions or cannot receive orders at home during the day, for example. How to use the Pickup option at Shopee Agencies
At the time of checkout, consumers can select the option “Pick Up in Store” directly in the shipping option section of the Shopee app. The functionality will automatically suggest the nearest Shopee Agency to the registered address. If they prefer, it is also possible to choose another location by clicking on “Choose Another Pickup Location” with the desired ZIP code search.
Once the order is available at the Shopee Agency, the consumer is notified via WhatsApp, email or can track the status directly in the app. To pick up the product, simply go to the Agency and present the PIN code provided in the notification.
