ServiceNow launches Core Business Suite with AI to accelerate the transformation of critical functions and scale with growing businesses

Knowledge 2025 – During the annual event for customers and partners, Knowledge 2025, the ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), AI platform for business transformation, presented its new Core Business Suite — an artificial intelligence solution designed to quickly transform essential processes in areas such as HR, procurement, finance, facilities, and legal.

Available on the intelligent and unified ServiceNow platform, the Core Business Suite connects employees, suppliers, systems, and data in one place, promoting efficiency and faster results for organizations of all sizes. Within the suite, ServiceNow also launched the Finance Case Management, a new solution that uses AI workflows to automate financial requests, eliminating manual work in administrative teams.

According to IDC, 67% of the projected $227 billion in AI spending in 2025 will come from companies incorporating AI capabilities into their core operations¹. ServiceNow combines AI, data, and workflows into a single powerful platform, enabling the Core Business Suite to accelerate process transformation, reduce costs, improve service experiences, and deliver better operational results.

“To thrive in a world where AI comes first, businesses need to connect critical workflows and empower teams in all functions,” said Josh Kahn, SVP and GM of Core Business Workflows at ServiceNow.
“Our new Core Business Suite, built on the ServiceNow AI platform, delivers case management solutions designed to increase productivity by connecting teams and workflows with AI, eliminating silos, helping employees work smarter, and speeding up time to value generation like never before.”

Simplifying the work experience for all teams

The Core Business Suite brings proven capabilities from different areas into a unified experience, representing a new way to scale intelligence, productivity, and business efficiency also for midsize customers. The suite offers a single entry point where employees can address day-to-day needs — from requesting workplace adjustments, help with purchase orders, or reporting a compliance issue — without navigating through multiple systems.

By seamlessly connecting employees, suppliers, internal and external systems and data to the ServiceNow platform, the Core Business Suite removes silos and unifies HR, procurement, finance, facilities, and legal processes.

Designed for speed and simplicity, the suite is optimized for rapid implementation — often within a few weeks — with AI agents that assist in configuration and automation from day one. This translates to lower operating costs, quicker returns, and consistent experiences, even in companies with lean teams or without dedicated IT departments.

Collaborators have easy and uncomplicated access to the most critical information, driven by intelligent and contextual AI. Experts can solve cases more quickly and with context, while team leaders gain visibility into performance and metrics to promote continuous improvement.

“At Siemens, we are closely observing how AI is revolutionizing our operations. The results have been remarkable – improving both customer experience and operational efficiency,” said Matthias Egelhaaf, Head of Digital Solutions at Siemens Global Business Services.
“The ServiceNow platform has been essential in automating high-volume processes like invoices, orders, and pay stubs worldwide. This automation frees up our teams to focus on strategic activities. And with AI capabilities, we will further enhance the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our customers.”

Transforming finance with ServiceNow’s Finance Case Management

As part of the Core Business Suite launch, ServiceNow introduced Finance Case Management, a specific solution for finance departments to manage their day-to-day tasks and requests. While traditional tools focus on recording transactions, this new solution targets unstructured work that generates inefficiencies – such as creating a new cost center, checking the status of a supplier invoice, or escalating a payroll issue – providing visibility, structure, and automation.

Now, instead of dealing with disconnected systems, employees have a single, intuitive interface to initiate, track, and process financial requests with AI agent support.

The Core Business Suite represents the next step in ServiceNow’s mission to simplify work across the enterprise — integrating HR, finance, procurement, legal, and operations, breaking down silos, and transforming the way work is done. By automating requests and connecting workflows across departments, it delivers faster responses and better experiences at all levels of the organization.
