No bureaucracy: salary advancement can now be requested via the app with a simple click

A SalaryFits, leading fintech in benefits solutions for employees, announces the launch of a new feature in its multi-benefit application: the anticipation of up to 40% of the salary via Pix. This innovation offers greater financial flexibility to employees, meeting emergency needs and specific requirements in an agile and efficient manner.

“We understand that in certain situations, a credit card may not be enough. There are times when the employee needs the money in hand to pay off a debt, pay a bill, or avoid the high interest rates of the overdraft,” explains Fin Gnieser, Product Head at SalaryFits. “With the anticipation via Pix, we offer a practical and secure solution for these immediate needs, with instant release of the amount into the bank account.”

How It Works

The new feature is available to employees of companies that hire SalaryFits for automated benefits management. After the company includes the salary advance application as part of the benefits, employees can easily register by sending a document photo and a selfie for identity validation. Once registered, they can request the anticipation of up to 40% of the salary directly into the bank account used, with the lowest market rate of 3.99%. The amount is received in real-time in the employee’s bank account.

In addition to the advance via Pix, employees also have the option to use a physical or virtual credit card provided by the SalaryFits application, accepted at all card terminals in physical and online establishments, without any fees.

Commitment to Financial Health

SalaryFits has a strong focus on bringing practical and fair financial benefits, promoting employees’ financial health and avoiding long-term debt. That’s why we do not allow installment payments on the card and never advance more than 40% of the next salary. “Our goal is to provide solutions that really make a difference in everyday life, without compromising workers’ financial stability,” highlights Gnieser.

Additional Benefits

Salary advance adds to the other benefits offered by SalaryFits, such as the discount club, which covers over 5,000 brands in 25,000 stores throughout Brazil, for both online and in-person purchases. “With all the features we offer in our app, we not only promote healthier financial habits but also increase workers’ buying power,” adds Fin Gnieser.
