According to Goldman Sachs, in 2024, 69% of small businesses use artificial intelligence (AI) in at least one area of the company, a jump of 13% from the previous year. To further accelerate the adoption of technology among SMEs, Sebrae, Google, and Alura, with the support of Samsung, are launching “Entrepreneurial Immersion in AI”. Free, online, and with a certificate, the course is aimed at entrepreneurs who want to use AI-based tools and online resources to boost their small businesses. Registration will be open between June 10 and 30 and can be done through the link.
Classes will be available between June 30 and July 4, with an opening live session and on-demand format. The content was designed for entrepreneurs at beginner and intermediate levels of knowledge in Google tools who want to take the next step in the digital world. The initiative aims to teach, in a practical and accessible way, how to use useful tools for every small business seeking a presence in the digital environment, such as Google Business Profile and Google Maps, as well as artificial intelligence tools like Gemini and Samsung Galaxy AI to automate processes. The goal is to show how these technologies can be applied to streamline processes, increase online visibility, and support more strategic decision-making in companies’ day-to-day operations.
“Optimizing processes, strengthening communication with customers, and knowing how to harness the full potential of new technologies is important for a business’s results. By developing skills in digital tools, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to transform their operations, gain agility and efficiency, boosting their results,” says Tavane Gurdos, general director of Alura + FIAP For Companies.
The technical director of Sebrae, Bruno Quick, reinforces the reasoning: “The program highlights how training in innovation has ceased to be a differential to become essential for any entrepreneur who wants to remain competitive and expand their operations, especially in such a dynamic and constantly transforming market as the one we live in today,” he adds.

Making good use of resources like the Company Profile and exploring the possibilities of using AI tools like Gemini are simple steps with transformative results for every entrepreneur,” says Eitan Blanche, Google Search partnership leader.
Awarding the best projects
To ensure the participation certificate, participants must complete a practical challenge: create or update the Point of Interest of their business on Google Maps. The submission includes a link, a screenshot of the updated profile, and a brief report (up to five lines) about the improvements made. The most outstanding projects compete for prizes offered by Samsung. They are: Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Enterprise Edition (1st place), Samsung TAB S10 FE Enterprise Edition (2nd to 5th place), and Samsung Galaxy A56 250G Enterprise Edition (6th to 10th place).
In addition, all participants will have access to discount coupons on the Samsung Business portal (https://empresas.samsung.com.br).
“Artificial intelligence is one of the main drivers of the new wave of digital transformation in companies. However, as this technology is now literally available in the palm of our hands and at more affordable costs, small and medium-sized companies become great beneficiaries. That is why we are very happy to collaborate with this training initiative, as more than having access to the tool, knowledge of how to better explore the resources of new accessible and secure technologies is essential”, says Kaue Souza Melo, senior B2B director for Samsung Brazil.
The winners will be announced by July 25, through email communication. To check more information about the immersion and registration, just access the link.
