Riachuelo has just debuted on TikTok Shop. The presence on the platform is another strategic step for the brand to connect with new audiences and expand sales channels in a dynamic and highly engaged environment.
Unique among major national fashion retailers, Riachuelo will feature categories such as clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, sportswear, and House Riachuelo articles. The content curation for the platform is anchored on three main fronts: live shopping, partnerships with affiliates and influencers, and exclusive content created solely for TikTok. To encourage conversion, the brand will offer flash promotions and exclusive coupons, as well as take advantage of TikTok’s own incentives, such as 20% off coupons on the first purchase and 50% off on purchases made during live streams (up to R$ 35).
Over 5,000 products are already available on TikTok Shop with continuous expansion in the coming weeks.
