It is an expanding market, with consumers increasingly demanding regarding the quality and purpose of gifts,” he comments. 

In addition to its differentiated proposal, the network relies on robust support for its franchisees. The structure includes everything from the selection of the commercial location to customized marketing strategies, ensuring greater security for those who decide to invest in the business. “The network's growth shows that support and proximity to franchisees have been an important differentiator,” Farias emphasizes.
