Azos Launches Artificial Intelligence Insurance Price Comparison Tool

Azos, an insurtech specialized in solutions for life insurance, announced the launch of a new feature called “Comparator”. Developed with the use of Artificial Intelligence, the Comparator promises to provide more convenience and agility to brokers, allowing the quick and accurate comparison of Azos coverage prices with those of other companies.

Bernardo Ribeiro, co-founder and CMO of Azos, believes that the new tool will increase efficiency in customer service. “This is our third launch of the year focused on Artificial Intelligence. We know that time is a valuable resource for brokers, so we have developed this functionality to optimize and accelerate processes. We want to ensure that our partners can serve more quickly and effectively, offering a more comprehensive service”, comments Ribeiro.

To use the Comparator, brokers must access the Azos Management Panel, click on the Azos’ sidebar and select 'Novo Comparative’. After filling in the fields with customer data and submitting an existing policy from another company in PDF format, the system generates a comparison with price estimates for the same coverage in a few minutes.

Since its foundation in 2020, Azos has been a pioneer in the use of technology solutions developed internally. Insurtech already has several tools based on Artificial Intelligence, such as AI FRED’, capable of analyzing policies in less than 30 seconds. Recently, the company also launched Quotador, a system available on WhatsApp that allows brokers and investment advisors to perform quick product quotes, including via audio, with AI interpreting the message and returning the estimated values.

The launch of these tools highlights the importance of technology investment in the life insurance sector. According to CNseg, the insurance market is expected to expand and represent 10% of GDP by 2030, driven by technology investments that can reach US$ 362 billion by 2025.

“Technology investments are essential to the evolution of the industry. With innovative tools and AI-based solutions, companies are able to improve service efficiency and better meet customer needs. As the insurance market grows, technology becomes increasingly important to ensure that the industry remains competitive and aligned with the expectations of” policyholders, concludes Bernardo.
