Propay expects to double financial results by 2025 by investing in the Propay Connect solution

A Propay, one of the leading companies in products, services, and technologies in Brazil focusing on HR, is now investing more in Propay Conecta, a system integration solution for the human resources management area. The company, which has already invested over R$ 6 million in technology to develop the solution, is now focusing on enhancing Propay Conecta and expects to double financial results by 2025.

According to Leandro Bonetti, CEO of Propay, the success of the solution, whose mission is to offer more flexibility, efficiency, and scalability to HR processes, has motivated the company to increase investments in innovation.

“We are developing new dashboards for monitoring integrations, as well as performing configurations, to provide a better experience for customers and increase information control. We are also strengthening existing relationships and expanding partnerships so that our customers have even more effective and modern systems, fully integrated. With these actions, Propay Conecta is expected to gain more space in the market, accounting for about 25% of the company’s sales volume this year,” says the executive.

The company also aims to reach new clients, including those without a payroll BPO operation, but who require an integrated HR ecosystem. The goal is for all Propay customers to have better results in human resources management and optimized experiences, thanks to integrated systems.

The solution combines over 25 years of Propay’s experience in payroll management and benefits consulting, with technology capable of supporting integrations that allow for connecting the entire HR ecosystem. Thus, Propay Connect brings strategic indicators, operational error and rework reduction, increased compliance, a better employee experience, among other benefits, to clients. In addition, all integrations are scalable both in relation to HR area processes and the ability to meet business growth.
