The Profile, a pioneering agency in communication for sustainability and ESG, is entering a new phase of expansion and consolidation of its positioning. After repositioning its operation for integrated communication focusing on ESG and sustainability narratives, driven by the growing market potential, Profile has strengthened its operation with the entry of new partners. The move is through a strategic partnership with the digital agency Look&Feel, from Brasília, in a recently concluded M&A (merger and acquisition) process.
With this movement, Profile, a pioneer in certification like System B, now has a robust leadership team, composed of five new partners: João Pedro Costa (CFO/COO), Fernanda Hakme (Creative), Renato Amaral (Planning), Mariana Camardelli (Service) and Bernardo Alencar (Commercial), in addition to CEO Rodrigo V. Cunha. The M&A has been in practice since the end of last year, when the team’s capacity and seniority were reinforced in a partnership with Look&Feel. Now, Rodrigo V Cunha adds, “we will consolidate our presence in the Amazon to support our clients in the climate transition. We are operating beyond COP30, the main global event on climate that will be held in Belém next year”.
João Pedro is excited to collaborate with the biggest brands in Brazil on the sustainability and ESG agenda. “Using our expertise to exclusively communicate projects that have a positive impact has been a long-standing dream of Look&Feel. The partnership with Profile has turned this goal into reality”, he says.
Since joining Mercado Livre as a client in 2020, Profile has expanded its presence to integrated communication, carrying out impactful projects with brands such as Itaú, Ambev, Natura, CCR, and Volks, among others. Additionally, the agency has been institutionally supporting TEDxAmazônia since last year and is opening strategic offices in Belém and Manaus, strengthening its presence in the Northern region of the country.
