According to data from Timelens, the adult content market also saw a sharp expansion in Brazil over the past four years – driven by technological innovations and cultural changes in general – reaching a growth of 158%.
This information is not new to those who follow the main news about the industry, as Brazil ranked 9th in the ranking of countries that consume the most +18 content worldwide, spending over R$ 1 billion on this sector in 2025, according to OnlyGuides, a company associated with OnlyFans.
Another factor that shows the importance and seriousness of the creator economy in Brazil is Law 15.325, signed by the President of the Republic at the beginning of 2026, which regulates the profession of content creator in Brazil, guaranteeing financial stability for new influencers and providing legal protection for a sector that was previously considered informal.
