SupriJá Platform, by Suzano, arrives in São Paulo to strengthen the office supplies trade

A Suzano, the world’s largest producer of cellulose and a global reference in the manufacturing of bioproducts developed from eucalyptus, has just expanded the presence of the SupriJá platform to the city of São Paulo. The online solution, which is already operating in seven other cities in São Paulo, was created to connect small and medium-sized merchants with potential customers in the office supplies segment, strengthening local businesses and offering a new digital sales channel for specialized partners.

In the capital of São Paulo, SupriJá has 18 registered partners focused on serving consumers in a more digital and personalized way. On the platform, customers can make up to three simultaneous quotations for materials, receive their products quickly, find various payment methods (such as PIX and credit cards), and a comprehensive portfolio of items, including Suzano products like Report® paper, and other office materials such as notebooks, folders, printing products like cartridges, toners, cleaning products, among others. Partners are responsible for managing stocks, offering products, and delivering materials to customers, with the platform’s support for this management.

SupriJá has been operating since the beginning of 2024 in municipalities in the state of São Paulo and already has over 50 registered small and medium-sized partners. “This solution was created to keep Suzano resellers increasingly competitive and improve the shopping journey for consumers,” says Francisco Zambon, Marketplace Manager at Suzano. “Reaching the capital of São Paulo, one of the largest markets in the country, is an important milestone for SupriJá, as it reinforces our commitment to supporting companies that, in many cases, have been operating for decades in the office supplies segment and are references in their localities. Being in São Paulo means further enhancing the digital transformation of these businesses, preparing them to serve an audience that values tradition but is becoming increasingly demanding and seeking convenience,” Zambon concludes. 

The platform’s choice of operation considers the volume of specialized office supplies merchants in their respective locations, logistical and distribution ease, as well as Suzano’s established base of stationery customers in these regions.
